Executive Desk Company takes great pride in offering our customers with quality and unique designer styling executive office furniture. Our
executive desk series are contemporary European designs crafted using the latest precision cutting, bonding, and pressing technology. Our
executive office furniture product lines are carefully selected to inspire and help exemplify your status in the financial world. The executive
desks are simply exquisite and can speak volume without saying a word.
Material
Real high quality wood veneers imported from Germany are used throughout our executive office furniture products. To ensure longevity, all
high wear surfaces, such as the desk tops and credenza tops, have a dual varnish coat. A polyester base coat is applied first and is followed
by a very durable polyurethane top coat. Additionally, all our real wood veneer desk tops are engineered with a strong and durable MDF
core. The MDF core provides a superior wood veneer bonding surface. This basically means that the real wood veneer on our desk tops
have a superior bond to the MDF core material and is highly unlikely to delaminate over time.
Desks with steel legs and/ or vanity panels are either nickel plated or paint powder coated for a beautiful, consistent, and tough surface
finish. Glass top desks are made of thick tempered glass for added strength and stiffness. Tempered glass is the preferred glass material
for added safety. Glass can be clear or frosted and can have a slight bluish hue.
Manufacturing Process
Executive Desk Company work closely with an ISO9001 certified manufacturer in China. Compliance to ISO9001 means that our
manufacturer have their manufacturing processes, quality control processes, and customer support processes documented and applied by
the people that run the company. We thoroughly audit our manufacturer’s processes to ensure compliance. We believe quality products
consistently produced can only come from manufacturers that apply the proper manufacturing processes, employs skilled craftsman, and
utilizes the right equipment for the job. Our executive office products are made from high technology equipment imported from Germany,
Italy, and Japan. Some example of the machineries include:
German made fully automatic cycle presser that discharges, spread glues, and presses. The presser adopts patented computer control
CSB liquid pressure adjustment that reduces sand veins to the minimum.
Italian made fully automatic edge bonding machine and multi-drill machine.
Japanese made CNC iron engraving machine and CNC board milling machineries used to precisely route the shape of the intricate shape of
the desks.
