heavy packages should be protected to eliminate damage during shipping. We intend to make sure that you never have to experience the
stress and inconvenience that could come with a damaged package. We take extraordinary steps to ensure that your order arrive the way it
left our facility. Our shipping process is truly unique in the industry. Here’s how we do it:
Step 1: 100% inspection
We perform 100% inspection of our products before preparation for shipment. This means that every box is opened and inspected for
damages, color match, and in some cases they are checked for proper fit.
Step 2: Quality Packaging
All of our EdesKco series executive office furniture are packaged in dual wall card board box with approximately 1 inch thick Styrofoam
surrounding critical surfaces.

We use custom made pallets for all our shipment to ensure that our products can be safely transported and endure the harsh ride to your
location.
Step 4: Framing
After the entire package is Tie Down to the custom pallet, a wood frame is added to fully enclose the entire shipment. The frame will help to
prevent accidental impact by forklifts and other packages during the shipping process.
We use custom made pallets for all our shipment to ensure that our products can be safely transported and endure the harsh ride to your

Executive Desk Company work only with large and reputable shipping couriers. You can rest assure that your shipment will arrive in a timely
manner.
Step 6: Tracking Number
Our professional staff will either call you or e-mail you the ship date, the tracking number, the name of the shipping courier, and the estimated
arrival date, and our shipping disclaimer. All our shipping couriers are instructed to contact you at least a day before their estimated arrival date.
Step 7: Shipping Disclaimer
We highly recommend that you acquaint yourself with our shipping disclaimer, which is always e-mailed to our client after the product ships. The
shipping disclaimer will show a photo of the exact package you can expect to see upon arrival. You will be instructed to take certain key actions if
your package do not arrive as shown or if you see any abnormality. Please take the time to read this document.
