Our reception desk was installed today and we could not be more pleased. We were apprehensive about ordering such an important piece of furniture on-line, sight unseen, from a company we have never worked and it is perfect. I am writing to thank you for ALL of the help you provided me in determining which desk and credenza to order. This was complicated for me largely because I was not familiar with the language (types of returns, interact, telecom plates, types of configurations...) used in the trade but you were very patient in answering the many, many questions that I had. Despite the fact that it took me an unusually long time to place this order (primarily because we are undergoing a major renovation and that took up a lot of my time), you never pressured me or grew tired of helping me.
These qualities are very rare and the level of customer service you provided was exceptional and I cannot thank you enough! You truly are an employee that any company would love to have on their team!

While browsing their site, I really noticed some beautiful desks and decided to go with them. I placed a call into them, and I dealt with Steve, the owner. I just wanted to say thanks for being so easy to work with. It is very difficult these days to find someone in business who delivers the product as promised, on time, and responds to concerns or questions in a timely manner. You have done all of the above without exception. Todd and the guys were here on time and did a very nice job with the installation. They were respectful of my home and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the placement and condition of each piece. (not necessarily an easy task...) If I ever have the opportunity to recommend a friend, I will certainly do so.
